His career trajectory demonstrates a progressive climb through leadership roles, culminating in a partnership with one of the San Diego area’s most respected, largest, and oldest firms. A credit to success, a large national outfit acquired this company. While he enjoyed working and leading several offices and a fantastic team of close to 200, he has come home to Integrity Design and Remodel to focus on his roots in the industry, a smaller client and people-focused family business. The past opportunities have been a true blessing and an honor. The future with IDR has reignited his passion and dedication to making every day a better day, here and in the community.

Jeff’s expertise spans estimating, project management, client relationships, business development, operations management, ownership, and hands-on construction experience. He has a proven track record of success in leading teams, exceeding client expectations, and ensuring on-time, on-budget project delivery. He is passionate about building strong teams and fostering a positive work environment.

Troy has become a trusted leader known for his expertise in managing complex projects with almost four decades of experience in the construction and remodeling industry. Currently serving as the Division Manager for Remodeling at Integrity Design & Remodel in San Diego, Troy oversees a wide range of challenging renovation projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and precision. Before joining Integrity Restoration, Troy spent 14 years at Konstrukt Design & Remodel, where he excelled as an Estimator, Production Manager, and Project Manager. His career also includes key leadership roles at Emercon Construction and Brieck Construction, giving him a deep well of knowledge in project management, supervision, and hands-on trade work.

Troy’s specialties lie in handling intricate remodels, where his attention to detail and hands-on experience set him apart. He plays an active role in the design process, working closely with clients and designers to ensure every project reflects their vision. Troy is also passionate about staying up to speed on the latest industry innovations, making him a go-to expert for modern techniques and materials. Known for his problem-solving skills, Troy thrives on taking on challenges and finding creative solutions. His work is guided by a commitment to integrity, ensuring that every project is done right—down to the smallest detail.

A passionate mentor, Troy believes in passing on his knowledge to the next generation of skilled workers, emphasizing the importance of craftsmanship, integrity, and mastering the little details that make a big difference. When not working, Troy enjoys wakeboarding and teaching others the sport, as well as spending time with his dogs, friends, and family.

Melissa has been in the building industry for over 15 years. She worked with large national insurance carriers assisting homeowners throughout the difficult process of flood & fire damages.

Melissa joined the Integrity Team in 2020 with the restoration division and in 2022 was promoted to be the Project Coordinator for the Remodeling Division. As the Project Coordinator, she assists both Home Owners and Trade Partners throughout the duration of the project with scheduling, design selections, invoicing, and much more. Melissa is a great go-to point of contact for any questions that may arise.

Melissa is Matterport and IICRC Certified. On a personal note, Melissa is a San Diego Native. She graduated from SDSU with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice Administration. She volunteers for a Dog Rescue based out of Los Angeles that helps save dogs from the Korean Meat trade. She also assists teams that compete in off-road racing in Baja.
