You would not believe the mess that an overflowing toilet can make. After the flood mitigation people had been in and dried the place out it looked like a disaster zone. Ruined door frames, baseboards gone, huge chunks of drywall cut out and the bathroom vanity in a mess. Integrity Restoration came in to do the repairs and what a job they did. When they were finished the was no way to tell anything had happened, everything is just like it was.

I would sum this up as "truth in advertising." Integrity is both in their name and absolutely the way they conduct business. We had a pipe break between two bathrooms, which required a full restoration of both. When they stepped into our home, it was a team approach from the outset and it felt like family. Micah led the project and provided meticulous oversight, expert recommendations, and a level of professionalism, that quite frankly, is refreshing in today's environment. They exceeded all expectations, handled are endless questions, and ensured we were informed and happy at every step of the project. Trust. I can't pay a higher compliment than this in the business. We actually can't wait to have them start on a project of our choosing next.

We unfortunately had a water leak in our upstairs bathroom which affected our downstairs family room. Integrity worked with our insurance company to replace and repair the affected areas. All of integrity's crew was kind, professional, and treated our home like it was their own. They were respectful and timely. I would definitely recommend Integrity, construction .

I had a wonderful experience with Integrity Restoration. After a break-in caused severe damage to my home I was nervous that the fix & remodel process would be a nightmare, but Integrity Restoration turned a negative to a positive. Integrity Restoration recently completed a rather extensive renovation at my home in Carlsbad due to a refrigerator leak that ruined drywall, carpet, kitchen counters/cabinets, etc. It was a mess and I was pretty frustrated. Integrity did everything to make the process easier for me. I have worked with contractors in my line of work for 35 years and can honestly say I was extremely pleased with Integrity and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a contractor. . . . they were amazing from beginning to end. Everyone I dealt with had one priority: make sure the job was done right and I was a happy customer!! From Cinde (estimator), to Patrick (project manager), to Robert (design showroom manager), to the controller, and up to Chris (owner) . . . they were great to work with and bent over backwards to make sure I was satisfied. The subcontractors they used for painting, tile and carpet replacements were top notch and did excellent work. They all earned 5+ stars in my book! Thanks a bunch.

Integrity Restoration was great from start to finish! Their team was professional and polite throughout the whole process. Our house suffered water damage due to a leaking pipe behind our kitchen wall. The entire kitchen had to be removed and replaced. From kitchen cabinets, new counter tops and tile floors Integrity handled it all in a timely manner. The quality of their work is top notch and the team went the extra mile to make sure every last detail was taken care of. Truly a pleasure to do business with.
